 2008 Special Early Bird Offer
Greetings from the Grand Forks Country Club!!! Believe it or not, it's already time to start planning for the 2008 golf season.
We are offering a special membership package to the first
30 people who join between now and April 30, 2008.
The special consists of:
• Waiving the initiation fee ($350.00)
• Charging dues only for the 7 months of April through October
• Monthly Food and Beverage Minimum will be waived until April 2008
You will be eligible to all the Club's facilities immediately upon receipt of your application, but the dues and Food & Beverage Minimums will not be charged until April of 2008. We also guarantee that there will be no lower price or better offer at anytime in the upcoming year. You and your entire family can enjoy everything the Club has to offer—great golf, driving range, swimming pool, as well as our fine dining and entertaining facilities.
Following is the dues structure for the Early Bird Special:
Full Family Member (age 34 to 64) - $200.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October)
Full Member (age 34 to 64 – unmarried with no dependents) - $168.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October)
Junior Member (age 21 to 29 – unmarried with no dependents) - $122.00/ month for 7 months (April thru October)
Junior Family Member (age 21 to 29 ) - $136.00/ month for 7 months (April thru October)
Executive Member (age 30 to 33 – unmarried with no dependents) - $160.00/ month for 7 months (April thru October)
Executive Family Member (age 30 to 33) - $180.00/ month for 7 months (April thru October)
Senior Family Member (age 65 & over) - $160.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October)
Senior Member (age 65 & over – unmarried with no dependents) - $142.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October)
Out-of-Town Family Member (age 21 & over) - $160.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October)
Out-of-Town Member (age 21 & over – unmarried with no dependents)- $142.00 / month for 7 months (April thru Oct.)
Military Member – Active Military over age 21 - $122.00/ month for 7 months (April thru October) No Stock Required
Social Family Member (age 21 & over) - $72.00 / month for 7 months (April thru October) No Stock Required
Membership in the Grand Forks Country Club (except Social Members) requires a stock investment in the Club. A share of stock is $3600.00. The stock may be paid in 6 annual payments of $600. The first stock payment is to be paid at the time of application for membership. The Junior and Executive Membership categories may make stock payments over a ten-year period. The stock investment in the Club is refundable when a member leaves the Club.
Dues are billed on a monthly basis beginning in April and going through October.
