Early Bird Special Offer

Greetings from the Grand Forks Country Club!!! Believe it or not, it's already time to start planning for the 2009 golf season.

We are offering a special membership package to the first 30 people who join the Club between now and April 30, 2009.

The special consists of:

* Waiving the initiation fee ($350.00)
* Charging dues only for the 7 months of April through October
* Monthly Food and Beverage Minimum will be waived until April 2009

You will be eligible to all the Club's facilities immediately upon receipt of your application, but the dues and Food & Beverage Minimums will not be charged until April of 2009. We also guarantee that there will be no lower price or better offer at anytime in the upcoming year. You and your entire family can enjoy everything the Club has to offer-great golf, driving range, swimming pool, as well as our fine dining and entertaining facilities.

Following is the dues structure for the Early Bird Special:

Full Family Member (age 34 to 64) - $260.00 / month for 7 months
Junior Family Member (age 21 to 29 ) - $129.00/ month for 7 months
Executive Family Member (age 30 to 33) - $229.00/ month for 7 months
Senior Family Member (age 65 & over) - $229.00 / month for 7 months
Out-of-Town Family Member (age 21 & over) - $229.00 / month for 7 months
Military Member - Active Military over age 21 - $129.00/ month for 7 months
Single Member - (age 21 & over - unmarried with no dependents) - $229.00/ month for 7 months
Limited Member - (age 21 & over) - Full access to all Dining facilities and the Swimming Pool - Golf course access Monday thru Thursday - $229.00/ month for 7 months
Social Member (age 21 & over) - $72.00 / month for 7 months - No Stock Required

Billing: Dues are billed on a monthly basis beginning in April and going through October.

Stock: Membership in the Grand Forks Country Club (except Junior Members and Social Members) requires a stock investment in the Club. A share of stock is $3600.00. The stock may be paid in 6 annual payments of $600. The first stock payment is to be paid at the time of application for membership. The Executive Membership category may make stock payments over a ten-year period. The stock investment in the Club is refundable when a member leaves the Club.

Monthly Food and Beverage Minimums: Food and Beverage Minimums is $60/ month. Any food or beverages purchased in the Dining, Pub, Green Room, or on the golf course counts towards this minimum.

Note: In the event that a Special Assessment of the membership is required, new members who join under this Early Bird Special will not be subject to any assessment for 2009, will be subject to 50% of any possible Special Assessment in 2010, and will be subject to 100% of any possible assessments thereafter.
